Use of the Service

HumanizeAI provides users with AI text humanization tools that transform AI-generated content into undetectable, human-like text. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

AI Services and Content Processing

1. AI Text Humanization: Our AI tools process your AI-generated input text to create natural, human-like content that bypasses AI detection tools.

2. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you input into our system and all humanized outputs. HumanizeAI does not claim ownership of your content.

3. Content Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that all content you input into our system:

   • Does not violate any laws or regulations
   • Does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
   • Does not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
   • Does not contain confidential information that you are not authorized to share

4. Content Processing: Your input content is processed temporarily to provide AI humanization services. We do not permanently store your content and delete it after processing.

Credit System and Usage

1. Credits: HumanizeAI operates on a credit-based system where each humanization operation consumes credits based on text length.

2. Credit Allocation:

   • 1 credit per 3,000 input characters of text
   • New users receive 3 free credits on signup
   • Credits never expire once purchased
   • Credits are deducted only after successful AI processing

3. Credit Packages:

   • Basic Package: $5 for 50 credits (100 total with first-purchase bonus)
   • Professional Package: $12 for 120 credits (240 total with first-purchase bonus)

4. Fair Usage: Credits are non-transferable and must be used in accordance with our fair usage policies.

Intellectual Property Rights

The HumanizeAI platform, including but not limited to software, algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of HumanizeAI is HumanizeAI.

• You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying AI technology or intellectual property that makes up the HumanizeAI service.
• While you retain ownership of your content and humanized outputs, the core HumanizeAI platform remains our property.
• You may use humanized content for any lawful purpose without attribution to HumanizeAI.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using HumanizeAI:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of our AI models
• Using the service to humanize content that violates laws or regulations
• Sharing account credentials or attempting to circumvent usage limitations
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempting to extract or replicate our AI models or training data
• Using automated tools to excessively consume our services

Privacy and Data Collection

HumanizeAI collects the following types of data:

• Account Information: Information you provide when creating an account
• Usage Details: Data related to your activity on our service and credit consumption
• Text Input Data: AI-generated content temporarily processed for humanization (not permanently stored)

• Credit System: One-time credit purchases with permanent validity

• Billing: All charges are one-time payments for credits that never expire
• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to users
• Payment Terms: You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected credit package

Service Availability and Performance

• Service Uptime: We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• AI Performance: Humanized content quality may vary and should be reviewed before use
• Service Limitations: Usage may be subject to rate limiting and fair usage policies

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties. Upon termination, unused credits will be forfeited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or quality of humanized content. You should review and verify all humanized content before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HumanizeAI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Quality or accuracy of humanized content
• Any decisions made based on humanized content
• Loss of data or interruption of service

Indemnification
